New Claims
Assist you in timely reporting of claims by management.

Work with your MCO for authorization of medical treatment on

Daily Claim Management -
Reviews BWC orders for accuracy.
We will appeal any order you disagree with in a timely fashion.
Review and assist you in authorizing any C-9 request for medical
treatment with MCO.
Hearings -
Investigates any impending matter under appeal.
Documents and submits thorough file for hearing.
Assigns all Industrial Commission hearings to qualified attorneys
Independent Medical Exams -
Reviews claims that may need medical evidence
Reviews all reports for accuracy.
Ensures cost of exam is competitive.
Handicap Reimbursement -
Investigates possible pre-existing conditions any injured worker
may have had prior to injury date.
Assists TPA in hearing preparation to obtain handicap reimbursement
from the state.
Quarterly Review of Claims -
Ensures quarterly audit is completed.
Reviews potential new developments in claims within 5 year experience.
Meets with you to discuss new claim development.
Safety Programs -
We will assist you in implementing and submitting any required
paperwork for the safety programs offered by the state of Ohio
Transitional Work Program -
Contact injured workers physician to obtain work restrictions.
Coordinates job limitations with injured workers manager.
Ensure injured worker is back to work as quickly as possible.
